<\/span><\/div>Replacement of Air Handling Systems<\/h2><\/div>As part of the renovation of the Sarralbe swimming pool, the communaut\u00e9 de communes de Sarreguemines Confluences decided to replace its ageing system. It consisted of two air handling units, one to treat the pool hall, the other to treat the changing rooms. The existing system was undersized and partially non-functional.<\/p>\n
The swimming pool comprises a 250m2 pool with a total surface area of 990m2. The total volume to be treated is around 4000m3.<\/p>\n
For the time being, the customer has opted to open the roof of the pool in summer, thus accepting to be subjected to the outside temperature and humidity without any special treatment (dehumidification\/cooling) via the central unit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/div>Study<\/h2><\/div>We recommended the installation of a variable-flow double-flow air-handling system, equipped with 3 rotary exchangers.<\/strong> The system operates with 100% fresh air and no air recirculation, ensuring excellent air quality.<\/strong> The rotary heat exchanger<\/strong> reduces the need for heating from an existing gas-fired boiler. The enthalpy wheel<\/strong> recovers the humidity and temperature of the return air in mid-season and winter. \n- Read information<\/strong> from its sensors (conditions in the area to be treated – versus customer instructions, external conditions, status of plant components)<\/li>\n
- Determine<\/strong> the best action<\/strong> to take on the basis of this information (which components to use, and to what extent)<\/li>\n
- Calculate and adjust the airflow rate of the air handling<\/strong> unit to reduce the airflow rate and save energy when conditions in the zone are optimal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
The plant is also equipped with the latest \u201cBOX SUSTAIN’AIR\u201d<\/strong> supervision system.<\/p>\nThe BOX allows you to trace the operation of the unit at all times, indicating the temperature<\/strong> and humidity points<\/strong> upstream and downstream of each exchanger, as well as the supply and return temperatures. Predictive maintenance and energy performance monitoring.
